This notice explains how FAATIX handles information when you use the website or Deerow mobile app.

Information we handle

We may process account details such as name, email and phone number; device and app-version information; notification permission and a push-delivery token when you consent; orders and support messages; and business records you choose to save, including customers, suppliers, balances, payments, deposits, sales and cashbook entries.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, synchronize your records, process orders, generate receipts, provide support, detect abuse, maintain backups and communicate service or account updates.

Storage and sharing

Your business records are associated with your authenticated account. We may use infrastructure, database, email and notification providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your private business records. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and control

Records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, backup, accounting or legal requirements. You can deny notification access or change it in phone settings. Signing out removes the registered device when online and invalidates its local push token. You can export your mobile-business data from the app API. Contact us to request account access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Security and age requirements

We use access controls, encrypted transport and other safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children below the minimum age required by local law.
