These terms apply when you use the FAATIX website or Deerow mobile app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your records

You retain responsibility for the customer, supplier, payment, sales and other business information you enter. You must have a lawful reason to store personal information and must use the service in accordance with applicable privacy, tax and consumer-protection laws.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload harmful material, impersonate others or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability and updates

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features. The app may require an update for security or compatibility. We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Purchases and subscriptions

Store purchases, refunds and any future mobile subscriptions are also subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase and, where applicable, Google Play or Apple App Store rules.

Liability

The service is a record-keeping tool and is not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, FAATIX is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions based solely on information entered into the service.
